 Langley 7
« Thread Started on Nov 5, 2009, 9:59am »

Hi,
I don't know if anybody is interested but Langley 7 is on Saturday (07/11).
Here is the website

I don't know anything about it except that it isn't flat (and I assume it is 7 miles).

I might be tempted to do it myself.

I would add that if you want to do it, you will have to get there early.
It says on the website:
"we have over 240 entries - and a limit of 300, so if you want to enter on the day GET THERE EARLY please"

I don't think I will do it as my hamstring hasn't recovered yet from Tuesday (Kinsey loop).

Madeleine and Nigel were the only representative at that race.
Well done as I don't think it was an easy one.
I would have liked to do it as I believe you get a bottle of beer at the end. However, my hamstring still needs to rest.
