The date for the summer handicap will be on the Friday 7th August.
We are planning a barbecue afterwards. Anybody interested?

There will be a notice on the board from Friday.

If you want to compete or just attend let us know so we can get an idea of numbers \ helpers.

You can also post on here to confirm attendance.

Also let us know your last race time or current running pace to give Danny some idea for your handicap.

e.g. Jon Cole, last race Alexandra 5k 19:20
